Explore Sedona Arizona and then return to peaceful serenity of the Briar Patch Inn, to reflect on your adventures

Away from the Briar Patch there are endless places to go and see but you can find a mystical world with in itself, here with us.

Experience the serenity

Hiking the mountain and canyons trails of Sedona, exploring Indian ruins, fishing for rainbow or German Browns, squirrel & bird watching and sighting the bald eagle on our creek patio each spring are all highlights for the nature lover.

The experience and significance of the vortex energy in this area has drawn people from throughout the world. Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon and its environs are known as one of the five major centers of the world.

It doesn't take long for Briar Patch guests to discover countless ways to explore this land of rock, stream and dreams. Locally, there are galleries and Indian arts to see, clothing boutiques and craft shops to enjoy, Jeep tours, award-winning restaurants and music and art festivals. Within a two-hour drive, quests can be at the Grand Canyon, reservations of the Hopi and Navajo Indians, Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest and many other significant points of interest. Take time for at least a few short walks, the Olsons suggest. Feel the rock under your feet and smell the pine-scented air. Relax as you gaze into a swirling reflection of a golden cliff and listen to the music of the sparkling, cool and refreshing Oak Creek. And bring a camera to capture the last glow on the rocks each day.
