18-Hole Championship Golf Course

Designed by John Steidel and nestled at the base of the Blue Mountains, the Wildhorse Resort Golf Course features five lakes and 65 sand bunkers. The four sets of tees range in distance from 5,718 yards at the front tees to 7,128 yards all the way back.

The course provides a variety of challenges for all levels of players. Each hole is surrounded by spectacular, unobstructed vistas with gentle rolling hills and fairway mounds to create an added dimension of interest. You'll enjoy the spectacular views of the Blue Mountains and Umatilla River Basin.

Players at the course can eat at our full service snack bar and take advantage of our practice facility. The pro shop carries a wide variety of golf apparel, accessories and equipment.

Stop by and meet our new golf professional Laine Wortman.

Born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico, Laine Wortman didn't start playing golf until he was 22 years old. At the age of 25, however, he had already turned pro and started his golf career at Shield Crest Golf Course in Klamath Falls.

Laine holds a Class A-1 standing in the Professional Golfers Association and worked at Riverside in Portland, Oregon for the past three years before joining the Wildhorse Resort Golf Course as Head Golf Professional.

An Assinibone Sioux, graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology and New Mexico Military Institute, a husband and father to two young children, Laine looks forward to continuing the quality of service and level of excellence golfers have come to expect at Wildhorse Resort Golf Course.

Please stop in to introduce yourself, sign up for a few lessons and take advantage of Laine's golfing expertise.
